To submit a situation or case, the first step is to complete the Case Submission Form. Once submitted, our team will initiate an intake protocol based on the following steps:

You will receive a message confirming that your information has been securely received.

Technical and statutory review:

Our legal and political teams will assess whether the case aligns with our capacities and the requirements of international mechanisms (UN, OAS, EU).

Personalized contact:

We will contact you in all cases.

* If accepted: We will schedule a working meeting to define legal, political, and funding strategies.

* If not accepted: We will clearly explain the technical reasons and, where possible, suggest alternative organizations or pathways.

Eligibility Criteria

Subjects: Priority is given to grassroots organizations, historically excluded groups, direct victims, and social movements.

– Focus areas: Human rights, social responsibility, and international humanitarian law.

– Geography: Global scope, with emphasis on Latin America, the Caribbean, and Europe.

– Ethical alignment: Respect for democracy, the rule of law, and human rights.

Standard cases:

Response within 15–20 business days.

Urgent cases:

If there is imminent risk to life or physical integrity, mark “URGENT.” Priority review within 72 hours.
